Interactive Group Class - 24th June, 5 to 7 PM IST
Know more about the Symptoms, Causes and Treatments of Depression. What to do, and what not to do as a caregiver. This introductory workshop does not qualify you to practise as a professional or treat others.

LEAD
EDUCATOR
Niharika Mehta has completed her MSc Clinical Health Psychology from University of Strathclyde, UK. Since then she has worked as a counselling psychologist and a supporter on a 24x7 helpline. Currently, she is an IBDP as well as a Cambridge A levels Psychology Teacher in Mumbai. Following her passion for research, she is a part of a few research projects as well.

Sparsh has completed his Cambridge A Levels in Economics, Psychology and Business. He is serving as Chief Executive Officer of ALAGS. He has also served as Assistant Director for DISEC at Harvard MUN. You will often find him making travel vlogs or playing chess in his free time. He is looking forward to welcoming you to the programme.
An Alchemy
An Alchemy is a venture started by Ms. Niharika Mehtra to share the knowledge she has gained and continues to learn about mental health. What seems as common knowledge for Mental Health professionals, may not be easily available to people who are not from this community.
